ZB999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: provision of false information; suspected fraudulent activity; breach of these Terms; or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ZB999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with current operator policy, as detailed in the account settings section of the Platform.

The following general rules apply to all sports-betting activity on the Platform. Specific sport-by-sport rules, settlement procedures and void-bet criteria are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform, which forms part of these Terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by ZB999 at its discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds arising from a pricing error, bets placed on events where relevant information was not publicly available, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed and your account is debited. Odds for cricket markets — including Pakistan domestic T20, PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are set by the Operator's trading team and may differ from other market providers.
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: event abandonment or postponement beyond the permitted rescheduling window; clear pricing errors; confirmed match-fixing or suspicious activity; or force majeure events. Settlement of voided bets follows the rules published in the sportsbook section.
In-play bets are processed subject to a delay which may affect the odds at which your bet is accepted. ZB999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to update odds in real time for live cricket, football and other markets, but accepts no liability for delays arising from data-feed interruptions or communication failures.
Accumulator bets combine two or more selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs at the applicable odds.

In the event of a dispute between you and ZB999 relating to these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact ZB999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism provided by the Operator's licensing authority, where applicable.
ZB999 does not accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to disputes arising from use of this Platform, and makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in Pakistan. You access the Platform at your own risk under local law.
